The perfect size and shape for a daypack, the 30L Ratatosk is a timeless favourite. Stability, adjustability, simplicity and durability are all present in the Ratatosk, making it a reliable companion whether your journey is short or serious.
This eminently usable piece has been around for more than 20 years. Featuring a roll-top opening, its beauty is in its simplicity. It's not overdesigned, and there are no unnecessary details. It's very much a straight up job-doer, whether you're skiing or climbing a cliff face. Fabric-wise, it utilises Kevlar in the lower corners where wear is frequent. The main raw materials are recycled polyamide with TPU-coating, meaning it'll repel moisture, ironic given the fabric enjoyed a former life as fishing nets. Functionality comes in the form of shaped shoulder straps and a hip belt, both of which are adjustable and detachable. Pockets and zips are evident in all the places you could need them and support for the entire pack - and indeed your body – is provided by torsion rigid back construction. There's also attachment for an internal hydration system and a valuables pocket. Various opportunities are there for when you need to attach extras, via eyelet loops on the outer.
