A big recommendation for swimmers with long hair! The cap is tight but there is plenty of room for thick & long hair and the swimming cap reaches well over the ears. The swimming cap protects the hair from chlorine & tangling. So it is also suitable for water runners etc.👍 The cap does not squeeze too much like some brands.

Keeps very long hair inside the cap. The pink color is visible further in natural waters. Sometimes it feels like it starts to press on your forehead when worn longer.

As expected, a snug and loose fit to protect your gills while swimming. Beautiful pink color and compatible with the Zoggs swim buoy for open water swimming.

It started working right away, my long thick hair went inside the cap. Water does go into the cap too, so I wish there was a little more space for the huge hair. But this is better than any other swimming cap I've had so far.
