Product description
Combat uniform is one of the most important layers you have on you during any operations. It protects against abrasions from environment, but also should provide proper freedom of movement. Our VANGUARD combat shirt is made of top quality fabrics. The torso is made of Polartec® PowerDry FR fabric that is not only pleasant to touch, but also stretchable, as well as transfers the moisture away from the body. The sleeves are made of NYCO fabric that is durable, yet breathable. Reinforcements on the elbows, that work as a pockets for protective pads, are made of Cordura® 500D fabric. There are additional zippered pockets on shoulders with soft loop panels for personalization.

— Show originalA well-fitting and functional combat shirt. In black, it has withstood wear in the security sector for a couple of years and in RAL 7013 for the same amount of time in reserve/similar training. The zipper pockets on the sleeves work without any problems. A little tighter than other combat shirts, which doesn't bother me as the sleeves don't sag.
The product description doesn't mention this, but I've noticed on my own shirts that there's a mesh pocket on the elbows where you can put Direct Action knee pads to protect your elbows.

Great item as always from direct action/ helikon; excellent quality. -1 star because the elastic material most of the shirt is made from is a velcro magnet and gets totally shredded, much more so than other combat shirts I have, and this one doesn't come exactly cheap! Better be careful with the combat belt.
