Pasta (durum wheat) (33%), beef (beef (84%), potato starch, stabilizer (E450, E451), salt, antioxidant (rosemary flavouring)) (22%), wheat flour, rapeseed oil, onion (12%), tomato paste (4,2%), meat bouillon (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, rapeseed oil, meat extract, brown sugar, onion), seasoning, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Shelf life
The product has 7 years shelf life from the manufacturing date. Store at room temperature. An opened bag should be treated as a fresh product. Please eat the meal within 2 hours of adding water.
Preparation
Tear off the top of the bag at the indentation. Add warm water (3,3 dl) up to the level marker. Stir well, close the bag using the ziplock and let the dish rest for 8 minutes.

Lacked a bit of everything: Salt, pepper, provencale herb mix, acidity and creaminess but nothing severely and after fixing all of that was perhaps the best meal so far. Flavor 6 Good but too weak throughout. Consistency 9 Viscous and a bit gluey. Texture 6,5 Pasta was a bit soft, meat the usual a bit dry and rubbery, sauce was thick but a bit more starchy than creamy. Ease of preparation seemed easy; 370ml hot water but i would stir 1-2 in case some things on top don't make enough contact and maybe add 30-50ml more water?(keep in mind flavor is already weak) Energy Density 53% 475Kcal/100g

Real Turmat makes the best and most tasty freeze dried meals on the market. Also with the most calories to provide the energy for long days in the mountains or on the ocean.
