The best carabiner I've tried for belaying with a GriGri. I also prefer the orientation of the little belay loop gate this way, so it doesn't break if you forget to clip the loop behind it. I do wish the carabiner were slightly shorter, for better reach when managing slack.

I use these in both Neox and ATC to reduce the possibility of lateral loading and I have liked them. My own climbs are single pitches though so I don't know about their use other than as a belay loop. These lock onto the equipment loop with that spring-loaded clip in the same way as the belay loop so when using them it requires a little more fiddling than with a basic belay loop but it hasn't been a problem.

Very good e.g. For use with Grigri, the safety device always stays in the correct position. I have tried several e.g. DMM Rhino, Wild Country Xenon HMS and BD Gridlock, but at least this is clearly the best and easiest to use of the above.

Keeps the griger in a good position. There should be some kind of visual sign on the closing screw of the gate or there should be no sign so that by blinking you would know that the gate is locked
