A new type of Finngrip binding, which is suitable for use with almost all winter shoes. In the renewed model, the rear spring is about a millimeter thicker. The easy-to-use step-in-side attaches by stepping on it and detaches lightly by pressing with the tip of the rod. In addition to lightness, the new binding brings especially lateral support, which improves ski control.
The stainless steel frame is adjustable for approximately 38-48 shoe sizes.

Good bindings when adjusted correctly. The right tension is "one Snap tighter than you think you can put it". Then the shoe stays on even in difficult places. The sole of the shoe must then be placed carefully and firmly in the binding, not run quickly. I understood that in the 5.0 model they have improved the heel tab so that less snow accumulates under the heel. A snowball pn in previous models apparently caused the base spring to fail. The only damage to these bindings in my case is one front cup hook breaking during approx. 5 years of use. On long journeys, it is therefore advisable to carry at least a spare cup with you.

The binding is doing very well on my 75-year-old restored wooden ski. Assembly is good and easy. For the mobility of the skis in normal shoes, I am very satisfied. Only the price is a bit high. I would have bought three pairs for 70.00 euros. I reworked the metal parts matt for hunting and military purposes. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.
