Benchmade Mini Adamas

It's a good knife, perhaps not the best value for money, but you certainly get a good knife that feels sturdy and reliable. The action of the knife wasn't very smooth right out of the box, but after 2 days of some light use of the mechanism things started to move more smoothly and the knife got more of a premium feel. If you like the look, want a reliable knife that will be a good do it all knife but not amazing at one single task and you have the money to spend, well, I certainly don't think you'll be unhappy with the mini adamas. If I could it woulf be a 4,5 star rating, but I gave it 5 as the knife feels to good for me to think a 4 star rating is deserved.

Good EDC. Hard steel makes sharpening more difficult but stays sharp longer.

Build like a tank

Built like a tank.. Perfekt size, wicked steel&looks great!

Nice idea, but not exactly hard use when the blade is finished with Play and could not be removed without the action dying.

It didn't quite fit, but the steel is top notch!

Despite the name, there is not much "mini" about this folding knife. I use size 8-9 on gloves and it is no problem to grip the entire shaft. Unfortunately, this also means that the weight is a bit higher, unlike the Bugout, you will not forget that you have it in your pocket. The blade is less suitable for food preparation compared to Bugout but on the other hand, the purpose of the knife is to replace a sheath knife. With that said, this folding knife will not replace my Sissipuukko M07 or the Folding Knife F1 in the woods, but it is a good alternative as an extra knife if you want it to be able to handle a little tougher grip than a Bugout.
