The Japanese PERTEX® fabric is not only really lightweight, but also waterproof (20k/20k) to keep you dry and comfy. Ready for the trail whatever the weather or distance - backpack system, front volume and front access to flasks, longer back and really protective hood that stays put. With stretch fabric, articulated sleeves and an ergonomic fit that adapts to a hydration pack of up to 12 liters, you’ll almost forget you’re wearing this jacket.

- Pertex® Shield fuses technically advanced face fabrics with a breathable microporous waterproof coating. Pertex® Shield combines durable wind and water protection with excellent breathability to reduce condensation build-up within the garment

- Always a perfect fit with Salomons infinitely adjustable waist adjustment. Can be adjusted individually to your waist size to discover pure freedom of movement

Excellent jacket for long distance running in winter. 2 liter hydration pack fits well on the back under the jacket. I tried it in -15C and water stays warm enough. It has a hole in the front pocket so you just pull out the hose a little bit to drink and pull it back so that water does not freeze in the hose.
