— Show originalThe first impression was good. The handles are pleasant to the touch, grippy and ergonomic. The poles are light enough for a hiker, easy to "assemble". I tried them on ice, where the spike made a soft sound (compared to old cheap poles) and the grip was firm. The convenience of use is increased by the fact that the poles do not take up much space, for example in a suitcase, and fit well in a backpack. I am very satisfied.| Overall rating |

— Show originalAt first glance, it seems like a handy and compact size. It fits in a suitcase and on the side of a backpack. On the first trip, when climbing Nuuksio, the spring holder on the second pole failed. Fortunately, I was able to temporarily bypass this by extending the pole. The warranty service worked great and after a while I got the repaired product to use. It has not failed in the future. Varustenet's customer service works great.
