At first, a seam or something similar on the inner side pressed uncomfortably, but a couple of weeks of active use and three instances of the shoes getting completely soaked fixed the issue as they molded to my feet.

The metal tunnel or laces on the laces could be improved because they wear out over time. The edge of the tunnel becomes sharp, which eventually breaks the lace.
