This EDELRID classic has a very compact design and wear-resistant, elasticated webbing arms. It conforms to the new European safety standard for via ferrata sets. The new, far more compact shock absorber enables pleasant handling.

In tight places, you had to calmly make sure that the carabiner clicked all the way to the "lock" before moving the second carabiner to the new cable, but maybe that's more of a first-time user error? :D Appropriately flexible slings for places where you have to stretch between two cables.| Overall rating |

The Edelrid Cable Kit VI is of the best quality and ease of use at a good price I have found. The OneTouch II carabiners actually do prevent fingers getting pinched between carabiner gate and steel cable and work remarkably easy. They allow a simple hook and go action you can do blindfolded. They meet safety standards needed to prevent undue injury. Be safe and climb high.
