— Show originalAbsolutely excellent! Lightweight and easy to use. Really easy to detach from and attach to the wrist straps. The only challenge for me was needing help to take them apart; I didn't have the strength to pull the sections away from each other. But that didn't matter during the run, as I used the poles almost the entire time and didn't need to collapse them along the way—plus, I have osteoarthritis in my fingers, so I lack the strength for that.| Overall rating |
