These have been an excellent choice for first skating boots. There are big differences between brands of last, so it's worth trying them out before purchasing.

A good intermediate skater. Not quite the stiffness of a competition-level mono, but sufficient for an active enthusiast.

Good, high-quality and fairly stiff overalls. There is a lot of space in the toes, which means you can even take a heater bag with you for colder weather. They don't fit your foot particularly well, but they shape better in use. The mono fit my own wide foot well and the size corresponded very well to normal, maybe they are even a little larger than normal compared to the size number. I compared these side-by-side with Rossignol monos of the same price range (X-10), and these took a clear win in terms of quality and ease of use. In particular, Fischer's inner shoe, which goes all the way up, softened the ankle very well so that the ankle support did not come directly against the ankle, unlike in Rossarei, where the inner shoe was low and the ankle support rubbed against the ankle. Based on a few runs, I am satisfied with the purchase.
