I recommend! The glasses fit well on the head and hold well, and they don't fog up at all! Tested by keeping the glasses in the outdoor pool in the heat for a couple of hours. There is apparently some anti-fogging treatment on the inner surface, because the surface feels a little slippery/greasy.
