I had to order the same boots for my spouse as for myself. On mine, the stem spring came off after two uses, about 40 km. The importer said that normal wear and tear is not covered. My boots were bought from a different place, but still the same manufacturer. Hopefully these last better and aren't "disposable boots". Otherwise, the boots fit well, which is why these were chosen.

The boots stayed firmly on the foot, did not "slouch", i.e. I used them on a hike in Lapland. And they were surprisingly light. The size surprised me, because the 37 didn't fit and I had to change the 37 boots to a 39. As a petite, I have short legs, so the length of the 39 boots is too high. Maybe I'll take the boots to a cobbler and they could cut a couple of centimeters off the shaft and hem it.
