As is often the case with new shoes, after the first long walk I got a blister on one heel from rubbing, so I put a blister patch on it. The next time without the blister patch, the problem was gone. I went on a longer walk in the shoes. The shoes were comfortable, kept the water out and my feet stayed dry and warm. So, a good product.
