I use these trousers for dog sports, so they need to be comfortable, move freely with me, withstand plenty of dirt and water, and endure wear and tear from dog claws, branches, and the like—in addition to handling regular walks and hikes. They perform all these tasks exceptionally well. You put them on and immediately feel comfortable. They are reinforced in the right places while remaining flexible elsewhere, and they have the makings of a favorite pair of trousers. They are suitable for temperatures ranging from 5°C to a maximum of 20°C; anything warmer, and they become too hot. That said, I am not particularly sensitive to the cold when I am active. They repel light rain.
