Outdoor map Pallas Hetta Olos 1:50,000 / 1:25,000 is printed on water-resistant synthetic material and packed in a cardboard box. Durable domestic outdoor maps can be recognized by the yellow marking on the cover.

The double-sided map covers the northern part of the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park and its surroundings. Hiking in Lapland as it is today can be considered to have started at Pallastunturi in the 1930s, and Finland's oldest and most popular fell route Hetta–Pallas can be seen in its entirety on the map. In addition, the region has plenty of other hiking trails and extensive trail networks in the Muonion-Olos-Jeriksen-Pallas area, Raattama and Heta. All these can be found on the map. In winter, you can also sled on the sleds marked on the map, and in the open water season, you can take the Acerbi kayaking route.

The material of the map is completely waterproof and withstands almost unlimited folding, and it does not tear during normal map use. The properties are preserved even in cold and hot weather. The map is pleasant to the touch and lighter than printed on paper.

In addition to terrain information, huts, routes and other camping services as well as places to eat and stay are marked on the map. Ten attractions or experiences from its area have been added to the map, which have been described in a few sentences in the border of the map in Finnish and English. The border of the map also contains the coordinates of all the shelters in the area as well as information about the area. The scale is 1:50,000, which is best suited to the Finnish fell terrain (1 cm on the map = 500 m in the terrain). The local routes of Pallastunturi and Heta are also described on a more precise scale of 1:25,000 (1 cm on the map = 250 m on the ground).
