— Show originalNeeded a good stable combination shoe for hiking to climbing areas, among other things. Feels safe and good, with good grip and good friction when climbing. Very happy with the fit and quality. Have been happy with all shoes from Scarpa, be it telemark shoes, randonee, climbing shoes or hiking shoes for almost 30 years.
That's why it was Scarpa this time too.

I wanted a lighter , all mountain capable boot to replace a pair of trusted ice climbing / mountaineering boot. These further bill and are incredible comfortable out of the box. I am a little over a 10 IS and I sized up 1/2 size to a Euro 44 and the fit was perfect.
