Domestic rifle and cartridge manufacturer Sako finally brings something completely new to the bolt-lock rifle category. The first true hybrid rifle is called the Sako S20. The modular structure of the Sako S20 rifle is especially useful for progressive shooters, because the structure of the rifle adapts as needed and makes the Sako S20 rifle unique.


One of the most important innovative features of the Sako S20 rifle is the collapsible stock of the rifle. The modularity of the rifle allows the rifle to be adapted to the shooter just the right kind of weapon. Different rear stocks and front stocks allow the shooter to configure the gun in his own way.


The Sako S20 rifle has two stock options, which are an ergonomic hunting stock and a tactical precision stock.


The ergonomic hunting stock is an improved version of the traditional pistol butt with a thumb hole.


What makes the Sako S20 hybrid rifle unique is how easy it is to change the stock to another stock in a few minutes. The S20 rifle can easily be converted from a hunting rifle to a tactical sniper rifle or vice versa.


Sako S20 stocks have a high-quality aluminum frame inside, which absorbs all the forces of recoil. The frame of the rifle is designed to be as rigid as possible to increase accuracy and durability as much as possible.

The Sako S20 rifle uses shock-resistant HIR (High Impact Resistant) material, which guarantees professional performance, adaptability and a very high level of comfort.

Sako S20 adjustable ergonomics is one of the rifle's most important features. Available in both single and double action, the rifle's triggers can be moved fore and aft to fit hands of all sizes. The easily and quickly adjustable cheek piece and spacer guarantee that you can find the best position easily. The Sako S20 rifle can be combined with a large selection of QD and M-LOK compatible accessories, which ensure that the weapon is suitable for all body types and all shooting situations.

The cold-forged barrel of the Sako S20 rifle and the V-shaped shooting support system made of aluminum improve the accuracy of the S20 rifle.


The lock frame of the S20 rifle is rigid and has a Picatinny rail integrated directly into the steel lock frame. The cylinder lock of the S20 rifle is made of stainless steel, which guarantees better durability. Performance and safety are increased by the large area of ​​the breech hole and the striker line safety in the S20 rifle. Three locking holes guarantee the safe use of the rifle.


The magazine of the Sako S20 rifle is made of glass-reinforced composite material. Reloaders have been thought of in the larger maximum length of the cartridges in the S20 magazine. Thanks to the unique design of the S20 magazine, the cartridge necks are supported to prevent bullet damage caused by recoil. S20 rifles have a 5-cartridge magazine as standard.
