Pulsar Krypton 2 is now smaller and more balanced than its popular predecessor. In the new Krypton 2 thermal sight, the battery is placed on top of the device. Battery life 11h. The Menu menu is now consistent with other Pulsar devices and there are also 8 heat colors.
Based on a high-precision 12 µm thermal imaging sensor with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and a high-quality HD AMOLED miniature display, the Pulsar KRYPTON 2 XG50 offers the sharpest possible image, while maintaining the accuracy of a day riflescope. The Pulsar Krypton 2 XG50 is suitable for a wide range of riflescopes and different magnifications and turns ordinary day riflescopes into powerful thermal sighting systems.
Pulsar thermal attachments are always factory-centered (aligned) with respect to the display. This saves the user significant time and effort as actual alignment shooting is not required.
The powerful lens combined with a professional-grade 12 µm thermal imager enables exceptional detection capabilities. A typical 1.8 m (6 ft) tall target can be detected from up to 2,300 m away in pitch darkness.
Pulsar Krypton uses a high-quality 12 µm thermal imaging sensor with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, which enables a sharp and high-contrast image and thermal sensitivity in all weather conditions.
High resolution ensures excellent image quality, making it easy to identify animals and distinguish even the smallest details such as branches, leaves and stems.
The thermal attachment attaches to a quick-release PSP adapter, which makes it easy to attach and detach the scope. The adapter attachment allows the thermal attachment to be precisely aligned with the field of view of the day scope, making the most of its field of view.
Krypton allows the shooter to focus on fast target acquisition and finding the right point of impact in low-light conditions, without tiring and complicated adjustments. The arrangement of the thermal attachment components is designed with the best accuracy and extremely easy adjustment in mind. The thermal attachment structure ensures that the accuracy of the target remains constant when aiming at different distances. The Pulsar Krypton 2 XG50 thermal attachment effortlessly adapts to the magnification of riflescopes between 2x ... 6x.
The Krypton's lightweight magnesium alloy body makes the device strong and durable, and can withstand the recoil of even large-caliber rifles. The improved structural strength reduces vibrations during firing and improves ballistic properties. The magnesium alloy body also provides better cooling of the device.
With Wi-Fi and the free Stream Vision app, you can connect the Pulsar Krypton 2 XG50 wirelessly to smartphones and other mobile devices and use them as a second screen or remote control. The Android and iOS compatible app also lets you transfer footage, stream images to the web, adjust device settings in detail, and update firmware.
The thermal attachment of the Pulsar Krypton riflescope allows the user to utilize the good features of their day scope even after dark: e.g. a longer eyecup than night vision riflescopes, a familiar and traditional reticle, stepless zoom, quick switch to night hunting and a familiar shooting style... there are many advantages!
IPX7-rated waterproofing ensures that the Krypton riflescope's thermal attachments will function flawlessly in wet weather – even in heavy rain, snowfall, or when submerged in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes (IEC 60529).
The Pulsar Krypton is designed to perform flawlessly in extreme weather and temperatures. Whether the environment is freezing cold or scorching hot, the image maintains its contrast and vibrant colors without compromising refresh rate. AMOLED display technology ensures flawless, smooth and sharp images while saving power.
The free Stream Vision 2 software, compatible with Android and iOS, makes it easy to set up Krypton and helps keep its firmware up to date. The device will be updated with improvements and new features from time to time. The fast-charging battery packs allow for up to 8 hours of uninterrupted use. You can use the same battery all night long without having to change it. You can also connect any power bank to Krypton via Micro USB and use it as an external power source.
Recoil resistance up to 6000 joules (J) ensures durability even with large caliber .375 H&H, 12 gauge shotgun and 9.3x64 ammunition. The body, power unit, optics and electronics of the Pulsar Krypton riflescope thermal attachment are designed to operate flawlessly in temperatures from -25° to +50°С. Even extreme temperature fluctuations do not impair its operation.
