Recommended!for this money they are the worst, i had to change my walk and running position because they bend inside like i brake my ancle, So if youw anna make fast turn left or right, you might turn your ancle and brake it. It has no resistance to keep your feet stady, even when i walk it bends inside and makes my walk funny. For 200 eyuros almost this material is not that strong. If i could send back the time i won't buy them. Even people looks strange at me when i walk woth them.
