— Show originalI bought these shoes as indoor work shoes. The selection criteria were the replaceability of the insoles, suitability for wide feet, breathability and the possibility of taking a few running steps in these shoes if necessary.
Germans seem to have a strange idea of wide shoes and the shoe size selection is a bit... well, I can't really find a size that suits me at Meidl or Lowa. I first tried size 43 shoes and these were a suitable wide foot but were hopelessly too long. So I ended up with size 42, there's not really any room to move and these are definitely not made for wide feet😁. In addition, there are pads inside the little toes, which you would never get inside the shoes. Ever.
But otherwise these are pretty comfortable shoes and your feet don't sweat nearly as much in these as, for example, in Skechers shoes. Next, however, I'm going to buy Keen's Arryo IIs, which I was also thinking about when buying these shoes.Brand
