— Show original- Comfort: There is plenty of room for the toes, so they feel really comfortable. I have never had any chafing with these or other Altra shoes.
- Cushioning: The sole material is flexible and springy, but perhaps too thin and hard for a trip longer than a half marathon.
- I walk on the balls of my feet/on flat ground, which the shoe fits well.
- Recommendation: These are 0-drop shoes, so I would test the good mobility of the ankles before making a purchase decision (so-called normal ankle mobility is not necessarily enough). Instructions for testing can be found online.
