After the purchase, the package has been handed over to the delivery service quickly. From Finnland to Austria it arrived in 3-5 days. Unfortunately the delivery service wasnt too gently with the package during the transport and the package got damaged, the jacket as well. After contacting with Varuste, they sent me a free return label. In one week i received the replacement jacket in top condotion, without any damage. This jacket is great, very lighweight and warm. My size is L and its true to size, fits great. Thanks once again! Simon
