Excellent product, compact and efficient There is only one way to assemble it but it is easy to get use to it. I wonder also a fire proof sheet could be added on the transport bag to protect the underlying. The only minus is that it is not easy to see the gas flow through the grill, especially on the low range. The heat is intense, not the best for pork for example, the gas consumption is accordingly.

I absolutely love this grill. I chose to buy this instead of a larger gas grill for my balcony due to its multipurpose functionality, and im extremely happy I did. I've had my skotti for 2 weeks and it's already been on two camping trips and been used 10+ times including once with coal. Pros: - Compact - Grill grate design prevents food from falling. - Easy setup - Easy to clean - Multifuel - Carry bag is fantastic, serving as a base and floor cover. Cons: - Temperature can fluctuate depending on gas bottle fullness - Only accepts EN417 gas bottles, I would have liked to be able to connect it to larger bottle on my balcony. - Temperature regulator doesn't do much to adjust the gas flow. - When using coal or wood its difficult to add more fuel as the grate needs to be removed.
