The running style of "skiking" is equal to cross country skiing - sorry, but there is a difference - you can do it without any snow, anywhere and anytime. The new sports "skiking" is very easy and learnable at any age . It utilizes the skating movements by using poles deliberately. Matching the powerful use of arms and upper body, speed can be increased and the efficiency of the training units can be increased.
- Skiking is full body training! It has been proven that the ankles are protected more, compared to walking or skating.
- Skiking is heart and circulation training! It helps you to reduce weight and get slim. Skiking strengthens your muscles and your bone structure.

I personally skate at 7 bar pressures and then the going is not too sticky. Skiket need poles.
