Super fast shipping, and products works great. Ortlieb quality shines through the parts. The only things is that its a bit hard to follow the installation guide, here they could improve. Installation was easy, but the guide made it not so smooth haha.

Good and truly waterproof bags

They were used heavily for commuting in 2015-2017 and later on a couple of bike trips. They did their job well, didn't let a drop of water in and the quick adjustment worked. However, a few general notes regarding panniers. At least the 2010s aluminum frames bend a lot when pedaling in a standing position if the panniers are full and thus force you to pedal only in a sitting position. A steel-framed touring bike might increase the stiffness. When commuting, a laptop causes weight to be distributed to one side, which is difficult to compensate for with other items and pedaling in a standing position makes the situation worse. Finally, let's say that these (or some current model) are probably a good choice as a companion for an electric bike. Your back stays dry when your stuff is in the bag.
