Product description

This adapter for self-sealing screw top lets you transform a cheaper puncture-style gas cartridge into a valve cartridge. This allows you to use the less expensive puncture-style gas cartridges with gas appliances that are meant only to fit screw top valve cartridges. Three arms secured with a rubber band hold the adapter in place on the cartridge.

Fits with all puncture-style gas cartridges. Screw top fits with Trangia, Markill and Primus stoves and also most other brand stoves.

The adapter is good and of good quality, the valve is good and does not discharge gas from the tank when the kettle is disconnected. There is also a rubber collar that can be used to secure the "jaws, legs" around the tank. Convenient accessory for eg Primus cooker. Can then also be used for perforated containers. Sometimes there is only one available in stores. (Remember when installing the adapter in a puncture-proof container, so do not remove it until the container is empty.) The threaded ones then have that valve as well.
