A winter sports shoe that extends the season for a wide range of fitness activities. Warm fleece lining and BUGdri membrane: SPEED will keep feet warm and dry in rain and snow. Long version: I ordered those shoes in early December. At the time of ordering, these shoes had to be in stock. Before Christmas, I start to wonder when the shoes still don’t show up. I checked the website and the answer was that that shoe is no longer made. I would have liked a call, text message or email about it. None of these came.
Next, call customer support and find out that the web site has the wrong information and the shoes will arrive within a week. That's what happened and the shoes were brought to the buck's container. On Christmas Eve, however, it turned out that in the right shoe, the stitches had gone into the woods and the stitches were digging a pit in the Achilles tendon.
In the past I have owned more pairs of the shoe, so I knew that this is not normal. I returned the defective copy to the Konala office of varuste.net and I was told that the complaints department would contact us within a couple of days. A couple of weeks later I had to call myself and ask where to go. The answer was that it would be clarified. So the shoes were still waiting
