Good, high-quality shoes that haven't worn out in several years of active use.

I bought these shoes for freezing weather for yard work and for walking the dogs. Some reviews said that the soles leak when cold, and that's why I took a star off. I'm going to try adding an extra insole to the shoe to see if it helps in colder weather. Otherwise, a very warm shoe.

Warm, sturdy, but not too heavy. A bit of a pain to put on. The top strap came off after three weeks of use. The store that sold it did not replace the product with a new one, but sent the broken product to Central Europe for repair. Not worth the repair time, in any case weeks, maybe months. Maybe the last Meindl product I buy.

It's difficult to tie the laces to the right tension when they slip out of the large loops and the material of the shoes is stiff, but they do their job.

They are mainly suitable for the dog (and the customer) to piss on. These are insanely insulated winter boots, the biggest weakness of which is the really thin sole compared to the thick upper, because with a thicker sole these could be used even in the coldest temperatures. A waste of money, these won't do anything above the Arctic Circle. Once you've almost lost your toe, you don't want to put them on in milder weather.

A really good quality winter boot for cold conditions for the price. It worked well even when sharpening with single skis, although it is quite heavy and large in external dimensions for this use.
