I bought these to replace my old Peltor Sport Tacs. The first impression after a few uses is positive. Perhaps a slightly higher quality impression than in Peltorei. The adjustment allowance for the main stem is perhaps a little short. I have it fully extended in basic use and you can wear a not very thick headgear with these. And as other people have said, changing batteries without any tools is a piece of cake. I personally upgraded with gel cushions, which are significantly more comfortable on the head, especially with eyes/goggles, while standard cushions

A functional product in the forest and on the shooting range. Effectively dampens loud sounds. Hunting mode boosts sounds well. As others have mentioned, putting the batteries in is tricky.
