This is what the Oulu Tool Center suggested for cleaning sticks when you want to use cleaning pads instead of plugs. I haven't yet managed to get this one to properly pass the pad through a 6.5 CM pipe. It may be that the size of the pad and the location of the pad or its centrality at the tip helps.
