The stiffness is suitable for high-intensity training. If you want support for light swimming, these are a bit too hard, you can always modify by cutting the tip of the slot. My foot is 30cm long and tall, size 45-47 stays on the foot, it could be tighter if I only did hard training in these - i.e. 1 size smaller if you want maximum intensity training at the expense of comfort. The price-quality ratio in these is very good.

Really good training flippers. Maybe a slightly big (actually wide) size, so if you have any doubts, also fit a size smaller. Functionality 5/5, comfortable and soft rubber. I would buy these again if needed!

Good flippers. When used with a high footbed and slippers, it was a bit tight at first, but after a few times of use, the foot has either got used to it or the flippers have stretched a bit.
