Deliver an empty Mammut cartridge (Mammut Snowpulse, RAS or PAS cartridge) to us and you will receive a new bottle instead ( note if there are bottles in stock).
Instructions
1. Bring or send us an empty Mammut Snowpulse, RAS or PAS cartridge via Matkahuolto. NOTE! Posti does not transport pressurized packages.
2. We will replace it with a corresponding cartridge, if cartridges are immediately available in our warehouse.
3. You can check the stock status of gas cartridges on the product: Mammut Carbon Cartridge 300 bar Non-Refillable
4. If the product is not immediately available in stock, the delivery time estimate is shown for the product mentioned in point three.
The exchange service only works in our store or through Matkahuolto. We cannot make exchanges through Posti.

Communication about the exchange services could be improved. When booking, there is no information that you can come and exchange at any time, the email confirmation says whatever. Namely, the email confirmation "waiting for arrival" gives the impression that the cartridges are not available on the shelf, and there is never a message that you can come now, the product is available. It is really unclear when you can come and exchange and you would not want to make a useless trip to the store.
