Product description

The Charge MPLS is the natural evolution of personal task lights, with the flexi-neck design that gets spot illumination to the task at hand. New for the Charge is the addition of a higher power Maxbright LED with a wide beam pattern that makes bright light easily accessible with a two-second press of the button. A momentarily press of the button illuminates a cluster of three Ultrabright LEDs, available in choice of red, blue, green, infrared or R/B/IR and R/G/IR combinations.

All round good and durable. The light power is really good, and the power button between the different light modes is logical and also works with gloves. I took off one star because the rotating "hose" has to be bent briskly to point in the right direction.

Fits your siderail on the ballistic helmet. Uses normal batteries, which is a big plus! Has all the bells and whistles if you chose with IR (green or blue depends on your application: green for map reading, blue for blood tracking, check the internet for more about light colors and advantages!)
