AR15 standard sights hit the lower third. A few millimeters lower model can be nice if you want to use iron sights, this is just the limits of usability with magpuli irons.

Even lighter models can be found on the market but the product in question meets all the requirements and gives no reason to complain. Well the H2 stays on the rail this in between. 1/3 co-witness, that is, once again it is about what you like.
