First Spear The Wind Cheater is an ultralight, highly breathable shell jacket built to block wind while still feeling soft and quiet in use. The jacket is made for active wear where quick drying and freedom of movement matter, from range days to fast-paced outdoor tasks. An oversized hood is shaped to sit comfortably over a helmet, and the roomy cut supports dynamic movement. Venting zippers under the arms and adjustable points at the hood, collar, and hem help fine-tune airflow and coverage as conditions change.

Overall a good jacket. It has a lot of good ways of adjusting, both at the hem and the hood. The flaps for the velcro at the cuffs should have been soft like the material of the jacket though. I think they are too stiff for the material of the jacket. The material feels nice after some wear. The fabric will loosen up a bit, making the fit better. Today I wore it during some rain showers, and it held up pretty good for a windbreaker. My biggest criticism is that there are too many loose threads for it to get five stars - just today the zipper on one pocket jammed due to a loose thread. Not ideal, when you are on a hike trying to retreive a glove from the pocket. For the price there should be absolutely no loose threads.

Good design and made except for the loosen threads here and there. Comfortable and cut wind well. Heavier than typical PCU L5 jackets.

Looks great, feels great. Protects from the wind as expected. 1.85 m, 90 kg, Size L - perfect fit.

Good: I am satisfied with fabric feel and level of protection it provides against wind. Bad: Sew quality is lower than you would expect from such expensive piece of clothing. Lots of loose threads inside pockets. I don't know how but cuffs velcro may damage waistline fabric. Wears small
