it's not for nothing that the AVS is the best plate vest in the world, it saves your life when you have a minimum of 20kg on your back. On the other hand, it's a dog who found the right size for you, here is my example :113cm chest circumference, 178cm height, on the official table it is L but really M is perfect for me.

Excellent function and ergonomy, the initial setup is a bit fussy but then its highly functional set & forget. Size L is recommend if your basic european-size XL t-shirt (think HM or fruit-da-loom) or XL Crye combat-shirt is just right for a comfortably fit. Big, muscular or husky people over 185cm can cosider trying this size. If you’re an euro-L size go for Medium size harness, you dont want the front end bands to go further in than the plate-bag loops are set as heavier loads become quite uncomfortable and slosh around.
