Product description
The Safe Collar incorporates elastic, making it possible for the dog to escape if its collar gets snagged. This could happen when dogs run free, when puppies are playing or when dogs are together as a group in enclosed area.
When the dog is on a leash, the collar functions as a normal collar without choke.

I wanted to like the collar, but it's kind of hard to use so it always remains unused on the shelf. Great looks, not so great in practice.
