— Show original Traditional CamelBak MilSpec water tank with insulated drinking tube. Long model. Designed for daily use to safely maintain fluid balance in tactical and industrial conditions, Designed for 3+ hour fluid balance maintenance in demanding conditions.
Light, flexible and durable Water Beast construction. The HydroGuard antimicrobial coating on the inside of the tank and in the hose does not create any odors or tastes in the water and effectively prevents bacteria from sticking to the walls and growing; however, the coating does not protect the user from bacteria or pathogens. Quick-release HydroLink mouthpiece, thanks to which it is possible to seamlessly transition from normal hydration to gas mask use and operative use in conditions where risk factors are present. The connectors on both ends of the hose have automatic drip locks, so the tank can be moved with the hose disconnected even when it is full, and removing, filling/replacing and installing the tank is quick as there is no need to thread the hose again. The patented mouthpiece offers excellent water flow and the HydroLink components with gas mask adapters do not affect the flow. HydroLink components are designed to withstand at least 90.7 kg dynamic load, for example walking over with landing shoes on, and 136 kg static load, for example compression. All parts withstand a drop from 3.05 meters.
Volume 3L, thanks to which the risks associated with repeated filling of smaller containers have been eliminated. The container is suitable for both cold and hot drinks and fits almost all CamelBak Tactical drink backpacks as well as many other backpacks. The lifetime of the structure when stored unopened is at least 10 years from the date of manufacture.

— Show originalFirst I bought the Milspec Crux 3L, and now this as a companion. Because the tougher stages don't always have those soldering points next to each other. The hose clamp, which was a plus, already found its way to the backpack strap. It's always nice when an essential accessory works so that you don't have to think about it. It just works.
The quality of the hose attachment, leakproofness, the tap in the hose and the bite adapter. They just work. In my attachments, this longer hose is necessary when the drink is a little more in the stash.| Overall rating |
— Show originalSturdy, good hose. You can get a cap instead of the hose if you don't need the hose. You just have to find a way to hang the cap so it doesn't get lost. Now I decided to order a new bladder because the old cap has disappeared. I hope this is as durable as its predecessor edBrand
