Using more tungsten carbide spikes than ever before, maximum grip is guaranteed. Spikes carefully positioned to ensure grip when racing at speed, no matter what part of the foot strikes the ground.
Spikes, coupled with overall shoe weight of 275g, gives runner the confidence to race at speed over all frozen terrain.
PROTEC-SHANK aligns with spikes underneath to protect foot's metatarsals, while still allowing for a flexible ride.
The unique on-the-shoe gaiter hooks offer a more secure attachment system, which allows a race ultra gaiter to be secured directly to the shoe and defend against debris.
