I give a low rating because msr made a good tent. Cons: the zippers inside the tent glow in the dark, a rope is tied to the outside of the tent. You need to buy 12 of these zippers so that they are the same. The footprint is not particularly necessary, it will not help to sew up the bottom of the tent from a puncture. It is better to choose something stronger. There is no internal shelf on the ceiling. You cannot buy a shelf separately, they are not available anywhere. The tent zipper does not always open without jamming the material. Otherwise, there is enough space for two average-sized people. The seams are still intact.

I have liked the tent a lot, it is easy and quick to assemble, there is plenty of space in the vestibules for a backpack and shoes. The water column value is a little lower than some others, but it has withstood the rain very well. I have not experienced strong winds yet, but if all the ropes are used, I am sure it would be fine in those too.

Very nice and compact setup, which doesn't feel claustrophobic. The top short pole isn't the easiest to put into the metal loops, thus one star less.

Quite literally then best tent I have ever owned so far. I have used this in Finland and South Africa and it has survived cold and hot weather as well as strong winds and rain. I highly recommend any of the MSR tents.
