Small, doesb’t take up a whole lot of space. Light weight and fairly compact. I would have thought the blade would have come a tad sharper. But for the purpose it was designed for, the tip is poity enough. Just don’t be thinking that you’re going to be shaving with it straight out of the box. The blade is quite thick behind the edge so if the heat treatment is decent you’ll not be chipping the edge easily and it should stand up easily to abuse. I was looking both the 176 at the 179 Rescue Tool. I may have to get the latter for my med kit later.
