Our use of a 75D Polyester makes for a tougher, more abrasion resistant base, while at 3.8cm thick, the Camp Mat S.I. Rectangular is comfortable enough to keep anyone from pushing through to the ground. The high 4.0 R-value also means it’s great to use in all year round.

The deflation feature of the valve was a bit unclear at first, the valve should not be twisted (the instructions say Twist) but turned upside down. If I had to choose again, I would take the thicker and more expensive one. Self-fulfillment is a feature that exists in marketing, but it doesn't really exist. — Show originalA well-functioning mattress for touring use that fills up easily and stays as firm as you want, as long as you give a few extra blows with your mouth to apply a little extra pressure inside the mattress.
