Of course, the focus also depends on the shoes..I myself use BONTRAGER OMW winter running shoes with one merino wool sock. medium power on all the time. The toes stayed warm for 2 hours without any problems and then slowly started to cool down so that 5 hour battery life is nonsense. An otherwise functional product with a good shoe.

The insoles are not very warm at even the highest power, and the batteries do not last anywhere near the promised 5 hours. Charging takes a long time and the battery lasts somewhere between 1.5-2.5 hours.
