After using it a few times, the belt is excellent and exactly what I was looking for. Inside you can fit everything you need for a couple of hours of running. One star comes from the fact that I would have liked to have two separate pockets on the front or the pocket to be divided somehow. Now if you keep your phone and keys in the same pocket, the keys can throw the phone at you. The size was perfect for me according to the size chart and the belt stays in place well even at higher speeds.

A good basic running belt with and without poles. It's worth getting a tight model, especially with poles. A small towel inside the belt works great.

Sturdy, hopefully it won't come loose with use. Zippered pocket and loops for wrapping a jacket/long sleeve are a plus
