Product description
Train through winter with the Spikecross 5 GTX. Salomon has taken the iconic Speedcross and added a complete GORE-TEX bootie for weather and snow protection. For outsole they used a winter Contagrip®© compound, and added 12 tungsten spikes to the bottom of the sole for confident grip on soft or compact snow, and ice.

— Show originalIn my opinion, this is an improvement on snowcrosses, which I bought these after using them up. Snowcrosses had fixed gaiters, which were really good. But the detached ones do almost the same thing and are really removable. They fit just like Salomon's others, so it was easy to guess the size correctly based on old shoes and they immediately felt familiar on the feet.| Overall rating |
