I chose the Tread LT instead of the original Metric when it is 5mm narrower and with it also lighter. I think my choice was the right one, yes, that LT's weight is felt at the top on my wrist. But the quality weighs in (until Leatherman makes this a titanium version) and the quality product is like this in the familiar Leatherman way. Quite an easy operation was to adjust the wristband to fit your own wrist. The lock may feel a little loose, but at least it hasn’t opened on its own yet. The use of the actual tools has so far been quite limited, but yes, they certainly do the job in those situations where the tool kit or your own "titanium-lining" has been forgotten about the trip. An excellent and unique product that also has real use, and not just as a wrist decoration!
