Nemo Disco 30 (-1C°) Mens is a comfort-focused down sleeping bag built around a roomier Spoon-shaped cut that gives side sleepers extra space without feeling bulky in the pack. The updated design uses body-mapped baffles to keep insulation where it matters and reduce down shifting during the night. On warmer nights, chest vents and a reworked draft collar make it easy to fine-tune temperature without fully unzipping the bag. It is also designed for end-of-life recycling, with a shell made from PET and a brand take-back program.
- Spoon-shaped cut adds extra room at the elbows and knees for easier side-sleeping and natural movement
- Updated Thermo Gill vent system uses dual zippers and an internal draft-blocking layer for adjustable airflow without cold drafts
- Updated Blanket Fold draft collar can be tucked in to seal warmth or folded out to release heat faster
- Body-mapped baffle layout with a new 3D footbox improves comfort and helps keep warmth concentrated where it is needed
- 650 fill power hydrophobic down with RDS certification and a PFAS-free insulation treatment for reliable loft in damp conditions
- Hood and footbox reinforcement uses recyclable fabric with a fluorocarbon free DWR finish to better resist tent condensation
- Two compatible bags with opposite zipper sides can be joined to create a double sleeping bag
- Anti-snag zipper edging helps prevent fabric from catching during entry and exit
- Endless Promise design approach supports 100% recyclability and a brand-managed return process at end of life

Sleeping bag is extremely lightweight and comfortable. Plenty of room to shift position and can sleep on side. Happy with my purchase.

The hourglass shape makes this a must-have for those who love strange sleeping positions.
(Sleeping in the flamingo position is easy for someone 178cm tall.)
Only one zipper is a bit annoying when you can't get your hands out at night. Although you probably won't need it often, as this isn't a warm bag.
